Whitney Guynes - Owner & Working Reporter

WSG Reporting, LLC is a full-service court reporting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, owned and operated by Whitney Guynes, a certified steno court reporter and graduate of the University of Mississippi’s College of Court Reporting in 1993.

Whitney is passionate about the profession, and as a recent past Director on the board of the Georgia Court Reporters Association, she helps advocate for reporters and fights hard to guard the record by insisting that a live certified steno or voice writer be considered the “gold standard” for reporting in the state. She also has a huge heart for students - mentoring and getting new reporters into the field.

WSG Reporting began from a desire to give clients an option to choose a smaller, more client-oriented approach with their court reporting vendor.

We are experienced and reporter-owned. We know Atlanta. The choice to keep a small, select group of clients is due to an effort to work closely with paralegals and secretaries. We strive to provide that personal service that the larger firms simply cannot.

Claire Coman

Meet Claire Coman! Claire is our office manager, scheduler, client relations guru. She is the reason things run so smoothly, here at WSG. She will be your main point of contact for scheduling reporters/videographers, Zoom links, job time/location changes and just general questions. Billing/invoice questions still go to Whitney and/or Kitty Coman (Claire’s mother) who is easing into a part-time role handling invoicing. We truly don’t know how we could manage without Claire’s sense of organization and thoroughness. We are truly blessed to have her on board.

Claire has an equestrian background, loves the outdoors - her horse and her dog … and is available during normal business hours to assist you. She can be reached at (678) 770-3151.
