We Offer Full-Service Reporting

Quite simply, if it’s needed at the deposition table, we can help!

Technology, technology, technology

  1. Client portal - ServiceLink - keeps scheduling and invoices in YOUR hands. Transcripts and exhibits can be downloaded at any time from our secure repository.

  2. LIVE (Zoom or on-site) certified steno or voice reporters – Never “digital monitoring” or third-party transcribed audio.

  3. Georgia LICENSED reporters. Our reporter licensure is verified yearly on the annual renewal date, with a copy of each reporter’s current license in our files. We will NEVER send simply a notary to do a court reporter’s job.

  4. Full Service Legal Videography (offering full-service professional video, including picture-in-picture capability, extra monitors or computers for exhibit display/Zoom, trial services — whatever you need - just ask!)

  5. As our in-office conference space is no longer available, we have agreements for conference space in two locations in Atlanta that can be utilized upon request for a small fee.

  6. Real time translation – live, streaming, searchable testimony at the deposition table via iPad or tablet.

  7. Rough drafts – available same day.

  8. Expedited transcripts - ready when YOU need them.

  9. Although we no longer handle interpreter scheduling, we will gladly recommend reputable translation services for your witness upon request.

Transcripts & Formatting

  1. Transcripts are sent in electronic PDF formatting, including full size, condensed (4/page) with index and ASCII – additional formats available upon request. Electronic original is now being provided, as automatically-sent hard-copy sealed originals have been phased out. Sealed originals are still available upon request or by standing order. (See our FAQ page for more information.)

  2. If preferred, transcript hard copies are always available for a nominal production fee.

  3. All exhibits are scanned and attached with the transcript and sent via a secure, large-file service and/or via ServiceLink. If a sealed hard copy original is requested, exhibits submitted electronically are placed on a thumb drive in the sealed original to help defray printing costs.

WSG IS NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY SENDING A HARD COPY SEALED ORIGINAL - if you know you will need one as a standing order for all cases or for one case in particular, please let our office know, and we will get those prepared for you.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: NO unexplained admin fees or indexing charges – invoices are transparent and itemized and may be paid securely via credit card. If something needed is not mentioned, please feel free to contact us directly to discuss.
