ServiceLink is our new firm repository portal. You may be familiar with it from other reporting firms that you’ve worked with, and we really hope you like all the features. If you’re new to the program, fortunately it’s a really nice interface that is user friendly and powerful for the attorney as well as their support staff. I’ll outline some of the features below.
The dashboard (as seen below) is colorful and has everything you need all in one place. Be sure to bookmark it within your browser for easy access so that you can make the most of its powerful features.

The ability for more advanced users to create notice templates and generate a notice from scheduled jobs and attach that to the job request saving minutes of copying and pasting to create a notice and then attaching it to the job and sending to related parties
The ability to have a text search feature added to allow you to search within text files for keywords to further assist your research
We appreciate the patience of our clients as we transitioned to this new system. Now that everything is settled, everyone is trained, and the merchant services are now up and running, things should run more smoothly than ever!
